Principal Statement 2021

Justin Denius

SHS Principal

Coming off one of the most challenging school years in history I am proud of the fact that Shenandoah High School did more than survive the Covid 19 pandemic but thrived despite the challenges.  Shenandoah High School continues to grow enrollment and programs on our Zep campus as we have continued to focus on what we can and will deliver for our students.  We are excited to show off our phase four renovations all while planning the 5th and 6th stages of construction.  We are proud to deliver the Green Acres Farm Complex which will come with an agribusiness credential.  We are also proud to begin a new Certified Health Tech. program in conjunction with Zane State and Marietta Memorial Health Systems. Expansion of our STEM programming continues to be at the forefront of our mission at SHS with expanded opportunities in drone technology which can include earning a drone pilots license.   We have new opportunities within our business department with a focus on e-commerce and entrepreneurship coursework, not to mention multiple new CCP business courses.  At SHS we are tirelessly working with our business advisory and other business partners to deliver a high quality high school education that prepares ALL students not just for something beyond high school, but for anything.  At Noble Local we promise to never stop working to #GetBetterToday!! Go Zeps!!
